The balcony has a cosy corner seating area with gas fire pit and duel fuel barbecue as well as table and chairs for al fresco dining and lounging. The large but cosy living room includes a small double sofa-bed.  There is also a garden room for reading and relaxing as well as a detached office in the garden with WiFi for remote working. Getting Here

Located in a quiet road just off the main road into St Ives from Carbis Bay the property is easy to find and well located on the St Ives side of Carbis Bay. To get here follow signs to St Ives from the A30, pass the Carbis Bay shops and amenities on the left keep following the road around and turn left just after The Bean Inn into Counthouse Lane. Menhyr Drive is the second road on the left.
